CHEF SEBASTIAN MAZZOTTA
Culinary sensation Sebastian Mazzotta has graced the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida with his exquisite fusion creations for over 26 years. Born and raised in Connecticut from a family with a long-standing tradition in the restaurant industry, Sebastian realized his life's passion early on, making his first loaf of bread at the age of seven.
As a young inspiring chef, he relocated to Florida and attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Chef Sebastian went on to receive rave reviews from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Bailliage de Naples, one of the largest chapters of over 120 gourmets, gastronomes, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, wine owners and sommeliers in the United States.
For years, Chef Sebastian solely focused on PRIVATE DINING experiences, catering ultra-exclusive, high-end events for the Naples Winter Wine Festival, Opera Naples, and corporate businesses such as Cartier and Saks Fifth Avenue. In addition, he opened and worked as Executive Chef for some of Naples' most notable restaurants including Chops City Grill, Aqua Grill, and Naples Tomato.

Chef Mazzotta’s 2 Go meal delivery and carry-out service is the most convenient way to get dinner on your table! Our individual and family-sized meals arrive in oven-safe containers, allowing you the choice to store them in the refrigerator or freezer. Simply warm in the oven or on the stove-top for a hassle-free dinner. Everything is hand-made using only the freshest ingredients, conveniently packaged and guaranteed delicious! All items come with WARMING INSTRUCTIONS.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, the minimum purchase is $60 and there is a $15 flat-rate delivery fee. Chef Mazzotta 2 Go proudly serves Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island, Florida, USA.
I am not in Florida right now. Do you ship?
Yes. Chef Mazzotta ships to all 50 states via FedEx over-night service. Shipping rates vary from $100-$180 depending on the order and the size of the shipping container. After you have added your items to your cart, proceed to check-out and select the 'FedEx Overnight Shipping to all 50 United States' delivery option. A base shipping rate of $100 will be applied to your order. If additional funds are needed to ship to your specific state, Chef Mazzotta will contact you directly prior to proceeding with your order.
How many people will each meal serve?
Serving sizes vary from single portions to servings for four. Please refer to the individual items for serving size information.
Can I order meals for a friend or family member?
Yes, during checkout you will be asked where you would like the food delivered.
What if I have a special request?

Where is the food prepared?
Every meal is hand-made in our commercial kitchen located in Naples, FL.
How long can I store my meal in the refrigerator or freezer?
We recommend our meals to be safely stored in the refrigerator for 3-7 days, or in your freezer for several weeks.

I met Chef at the Bonita Promenade Farmers Market this past Saturday. We decided to try the Crab Cakes, purchased and paid for them, and then noticed the BIG menu. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Saturday we had Short Ribs, Monday the Shepherd’s Pie, and tonight the Crab Cakes with a Salad. My husband and I kept looking at each other, "Is this really this good?" And yes, it was/is. Going back this week to stock up again!
